SELECTION & COUNSELLING PROCEDURE

ENTRANCE TEST

The candidate has to clear a written exam. The exam consists question of following subjects

1. Basic General Knowledge

2. Reasoning

3. General English

4. Mathematics

5. General Science.

The paper consists of multiple choice questions, No negative marking in exam.

Once the written completed, the selected candidates are called up by a selection letter in about 10 to 15 days for counseling and those who are in waiting list they have to wait for the merit list.

STUDENT'S COUNSELLING & REGISTRATION

Upon registration every student will be allotted a unique Registration number, which is a combination of programme code (course code), year and session of admission and a unique serial number (control no.). For eg: B1GPJ6A02Y11 can be decoded as

B1	Batch No 1 Programme Code (B1 for PST)
GP or DC	Programme Code (For General Purpose Rating) or (For Deck Rating)
J6 or O8	Session Code (1 for June session & 2 for October session)
A02	Exam Center Code (For Allahabad: 02)
Y11	Year Code (Year 2011)

REGISTRATION MODULE AS PER SESSION & LATE FINE

For June session*

· 15^th May (without late fee)

· 15^th May – 1^st June, with late fee of Rs 500

· 1^st June – 15^th June, with late fee of Rs 1000

· 15^th June – 30^th June, with late fee of Rs 2000

For October session*

· 15 Sep (without late fee)

· 15^th Sep – 1^st Oct, with late fee of Rs 500

· 1^st Oct – 15^th Nov, with late fee of Rs 1000

· 15^th Nov – 30^th Nov, with late fee of Rs 2000

For February session*

· 15 Jan (without late fee)

· 15^th Jan – 1^st Feb, with late fee of Rs 500

· 1^st Feb – 15^th Feb, with late fee of Rs 1000

· 15^th Feb – 30^th Feb, with late fee of Rs 2000
